With a background in medical coding, healthcare systems, and claims processes, JaCarla recognized a common challenge: many Veterans and families have questions about available resources and may need clearer educational information about where to start and what topics to review.

JaCarla Walker has a robust foundation of training provided by a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army, along with over ten years of experience in Human Resources and Federal Employee Benefits. We offer educational workshops and informational sessions designed to help Veterans better understand common healthcare and benefits-related topics.
