JaCarla Walker is a dedicated Veterans Healthcare Advocate, licensed to assist Veterans and family members that are Medicare Beneficiaries with educational consultations and workshops. She is well trained by Mr. Forrest H. Gibbes, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, Retired, with 30 + years of Human Resource and Federal Employees Benefits Background. As she has grown and continues to thrive and grow her agency under her humble beginnings umbrella, Grace Rose Health Consultants, as a certified and licensed insurance agent providing Medicare Advantage Plans designed to coordinate with Veteran Health Benefits. Her mission is to ensure affordable healthcare for all Veterans.
What fuels her passion to serve Veterans? Her family roots stem her passion! She is the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, U.S. Army, Retired, the sister of Retired Marines, Army and Airmen.
